• Leads the operations of the Legal dept
• Responsible to ensure we comply with all local labor, corporate and all other laws at all times
• Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
• Mitigate risks as and when required
• Work with Executive Management on matters of civil, corporate law either local, regional or international as required
• Ensure to stay well versed with litigation procedures
• Investigate and advise on all issues of non-compliance with labor law and any other such issue.
• Represent the Company in lawsuits, grievances and complaints.
• Draft and advise on contracts and coordinates between company and other organizations, law-firms and suppliers.
• Draft, reviews, or edits other documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Reviews, drafts and negotiates all / specific contractual issues and agreements with external entities as appropriate, and participates in meetings pertaining to resolution of various issues as mandated by Management
• Performs all other legal duties that may be assigned to the position.
