As Landscape supervisor, you will Supervise gardeners who maintain the landscapes around the property. You will also identify required eqipments, plants, fertilizers and take the neccassry action for the maintenace of the operating power tools and equipments.
Job descripition is provided below:
- Oversee and assist with the maintenance of Landscape area which includes mulching, shrub, pruning, and weed and debris control of flower beds.
- Supervise seasonal planting and designing of annual flower beds.
- Care for established green areas by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or
trimming or edging around flower beds, walks or walls.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides and other chemicals as per Schedule.
- Handle irrigation systems and plants water requirements
- Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
- Request material requirements for the preventive maintenance of landscaping machines, equipments and irrigation system for its continuous operation.
- Supervise contracted landscape crew to ensure proper completion of tasks.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and monthly reports for work schedules,
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
