Directs and supervises the activities of the sales department to ensure sales and revenue targets are achieved
• Coordinates with Distribution to ensure product requirements at showroom and customer demands are promptly met.
• Promotes sale of toys and gamings; quotes prices and credit terms; prepares sale contracts for orders obtained.
• Plans and develops marketing strategies through monitoring the local market, sales trend and competitors activities.
• Develops annual sales forecast and budget, determines annual and monthly sales targets, monitors actual sales against established target; takes required corrective action to ensure targets are achieved; prepares monthly sales report.
