We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience in building and leading supply chain operations ensuring a seamless supply chain and logistics experience.
The Supply Chain Manager will provide leadership for all purchasing/procurement, warehousing, logistics and shipping activities with an effort to control costs while also improving efficiency and accuracy in the management of inventory.
- Effectively control the total supply chain from suppliers to store premises, working closely with the warehouse management;
- Handle all supply chain issues;
- Define, architect and implement our current and future operational/supply-chain roadmap;
- Manage day-to-day operations and 3PL partners to improve service levels, operational efficiencies, and costs. Monitor third party performance against agreed SLA’s to ensure the objectives of the division are met;
- In charge of relationship management with suppliers, shipping companies and customs clearance providers;
- Continually evaluate processes (including warehouse) to identify efficiency gains, address performance gaps within the division and recommend appropriate action to ensure improvement;
- Develop and manage a first class inventory management and stock replenishment system in close liaison with suppliers and internal business management;
- Responsible for inventory management/replenishment, and warehouse capacity planning to handle significant business growth and promotional fluctuations while meeting operational targets;
Maintain divisional relationships within the group through consensus building and implementation of best practice.
