The HR Associate will specifically support the IT team and have broad generalist HR responsibilities, recruitment, supporting training programs and succession planning; contributing to overall employee engagement activities within the IT business.
Individuals working in this team need to have a high degree of understanding of IT skills recruitment, ability to work with external recruitment agencies and online search tools such as LinkedIn Bayt, Social Media, Community Website and others build talent pool.
The jobholder will join a friendly passionate team who are empowered and encouraged to develop themselves and continuously improve HR process and output.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities including requisitions, interviews, soft skill assessment and talent pool development for key positions.
• Help in defining job descriptions and alignments for all the roles
• Support succession planning, organizational movements and career planning
• Execute the annual non-managerial performance management process.
• Completion of centralized HR processes including 360, engagement and performance management objectives.
• Maintaining, reporting and analyzing HR data including leave balances.
• Play a leading role in employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives
• Day to day HR generalist activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service ensuring HR processes are followed
