Position Overview
Responsible for governement related issues.
Core Job Functions
• Keep track of reporting duties and employee records.
• Monthly resident permit renewals tracking and follow up with Public Authority for Manpower.
• Escalating disciplinary issues in accordance with the local labour law when required.
• Dealing with driving license issues, Embassies related issues.
• Medical, Criminal clearance, employment contracts legalization, residents permit issuance via Public Authority for Manpower.
• CID clearance for escape employees missing employees on time.
• Providing full employee data for requesting and relevant departments.
• Avoids penalties for such as Renewals/Medical commission.
• Ticket booking and hotel confirmation follow up.
• Responsibe for the issuance of Commercial registration renewals, advertisement license, legal contract attestation, issuance of lending permits.
• Check and verify application for vacation.
• Carry out any other as required.
