Pharmacies Sales Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all Pharmacist and other support operational employees assigned within the retail pharmacy division. Oversees the orientation and training of the pharmacist and other administrative staff, assist in completing the performance evaluations, provides counseling and assistance for job performance concerns. Responsible for accounting for all controlled substance purchasing and maintaining a perpetual inventory of controlled substances.
Responsibilities:
- Applied critical thinking in support of Pharmaceutical Care activities and prioritizes work assignments.
- Responsible to develops, mentors and is responsible for the orientation and training of Pharmacy staff.
- Directs daily divisional workflow including communication within retail pharmacies division.
- Assists in developing cost effective programs and helps maintain adequate supplies and inventories.
