OPERATIONAL
► Work closely and collaboratively with the Interior Design team to conceptualize and prepare a variety of alternatives in line with the overall designs
► Coordinate with the Proposals Department in order to develop graphics for proposals; ensure that proposal graphics are tailored based on the theme of the proposal
► Produce project presentations in the required format in conjunction with the relevant Project Principal
► Develop design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues
► Produce various visual and printed graphic designs for use across the company

► Maintain innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost and time
► Maintain a database of media, photos, and computer designs
► Ensure that all graphic designs are developed accurately and of high quality
► Remain abreast of latest design programs and software
► Create designs based on layout principles and design concepts
► Coordinate with interior designers to develop graphics and layouts for product/design illustrations
► Review and update graphic standards to ensure adherence with specified design requirements
► Recommend new and innovative company logo designs to top management
► Coordinate with the IT Department to develop graphics for the company website
► Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
► Prepare illustrations of material, discussing them with clients and supervisors and making necessary changes
► Maintain an archive of previous work products
► Recommends technology upgrades as and when required
