Fitness trainers lead, instruct, and motivate individuals or groups in exercise activities, including cardiovascular exercise strength training, and stretching.
Group Fitness Duties:
Upon registration in the gym evaluating clients' current fitness level, body measurement, personal goals, and skills.
Assigning to the client appropriate classes to join to achieve goals.
Maintain client portfolio by periodically measuring fitness levels and body measurement.
Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines
Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness
Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skill
Monitor clients’ progress and adapt programs as needed
Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment
Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues
Give emergency first aid if needed
To make sure the facility is clean, organized and equipment stacked in place.
Personal Trainer Duties
Meet with clients before they begin working with them to gain a better understanding of the client's goal, like losing weight or gaining muscle mass.
Devise customized exercise plans for their clients based on their goals.
Record and maintain workouts and reps performed to each client, using excel or a software/application approved by management, which will later on be sent to the client and submitted to management.
During a training session, observe the clients exercise performance to ensure they are doing the moves correctly.
To make sure the facility is clean, organized and equipment stacked in place.
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCSs)

The coach is required to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.
Coach will be giving 4 classes per day and give 3 hours of personal training. Total hours of employment are 8 hours per day, 7 working hours and 1 hour break.
