K-S PATH: a Nonprofit organisation is looking for:
Position: Events & Social Media Co-ordinator
Reports to Director of Development
Location: K’S PATH City Office, Qurtuba
Monthly Salary: KWD400
Events:
1. Liaise and follow up with all related parties: venue, vendors, suppliers and other third parties
2. Conducting venue visits and obtaining relevant information
3. Following up with sponsors in-kind prizes and event sponsorship
4. Liaising with event attendees and participants for registration and payments
5. Advertising the event on social media and via K’S PATH’s event publicity database
6. Publishing event photographs and updates on social media
7. Co-ordinating registrations and running event
8. Compiling and collecting attendants contact details for our databases
9. Coordinating with graphic designers to design event material, or designing them yourself - as decided by management
10.Coordinating with volunteers to help out during events or in preparation
11.Preparing event reports and internal event reviews
12.Updating event SOPs
Social media:
1. Design social media posts
2. Write copy in English and Arabic
3. Administrate K'S PATH social media platforms
• Publishing posts and responding to comments
• Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat
4. Collate responses in a standard response manual
5. Update monthly social media content grid
6. Update programs and event information and photographs in website
