- The applicant must have experience in FMCG industry and dealing with cooperative societies, super markets and megastores.
- The chief accountant has to handle the complete account departments and their employees.
- He should know all the latest accounting laws and procedures and standards, as well have the ability to develop it specific to the company requirement.
- He should have knowledge of the different accounting programs as well educate and inform his staff to it.
- He have to make recommendations for costing, budget, forecasting, control, cashflow … etc.
- He must have cross department communication skills, update and coordinate with the heads of other departments.
- He has to come up with financial solutions to improve profits.
- He also has say in the pricing of products and services.
- He has to present reports (parodic and annual) the accounts to the management.
- Coordinate with external auditor.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivables.
- Reconcile bank accounts and daily sales.
• يجب على المتقدمين وجود خبرة في مجال المواد الغذائية والاستهلاكية، والتعامل مع الجمعيات والاسواق المركزية.
• يكون رئيس المحاسبين مسؤول عن قسم المحاسبة وجميع المحاسبين.
• ينبغي أن يكون على علم بأحدث قوانين المحاسبة والإجراءات والمعايير، وكذلك لديه القدرة على تطويرها حسب احتياجات الشركة.
• ينبغي أن يكون على معرفة ببرامج المحاسبة المختلفة، وقادر على تدريب موظفيه عليها في حال الاحتياج لذلك.
• القدرة على تقديم توصيات لتقدير التكاليف، الميزانية، المراقبة، التدفق النقدي... إلخ
• يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات الاتصال و قادر على القيام بالتنسيق مع رؤساء الإدارات الأخرى.
• القدرة على وضع حلول مالية لتحسين الأرباح.
• المساعدة في قرارات تسعير المنتجات والخدمات.
• تقديم التقارير الدورية والسنوية للادارة.
• التنسيق مع مدقق الحسابات الخارجي.
• التوفيق بين حسابات الدفع وحسابات القبض.
• التوفيق بين الحسابات المصرفية والمبيعات اليومية
