1. Merchandising and Promotions.
• Drives highest possible standards of visual impact by ensuring brand / layout guidelines and plans are being correctly followed to deliver brand values.
• Reports on competitors' activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc.
• Applies Plano grams as recommended by the supplier and the Brand Manager.
• Implements promotional activities and events prepared and planned by the Brand Manager and exploit any additional opportunities to promote sales.
2. Stock Management
• Minimizes sales returns/damaged goods by monitoring returns by outlets, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales.
• Ensures the availability of all SKU's on the shelves.
• Ensures quick listing of new products at all trade channels.
• Coordinates with the Brand Manager the usage and distribution of POS materials and giveaways.
3. Relationship with Trade Channels and Principals.
• Builds excellent relations with various trade channels, and be the key person to convey the high image of the company in terms of service and credibility.
• Assists the Brand Manager and the Division Manager in areas related to sales when meeting with Suppliers.
• Takes disciplinary actions up to recommending to the division manager the termination of undisciplined and weak sales reps.
• Solves issues related to people management and development.
