Objective:
To organize and process the development of comprehensive cross-functional business cases and introduces new, innovative, cost effective, and competitive solutions, products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• The development of new and existing solutions, products & services within the defined process.
• Define, develop and deploy new solutions, products & services based on market demand & potential, environmental analysis, strategic priorities, conforming to the process decision stages, and the 4Ps (Price, Product (package), Place, Promotion) or 4Cs (Consumer, Cost, Convenience, Communication)
• Optimize Product & Services Development process and set performance targets & metrics, which measure productivity and achievement against targets.
• Establish Products and Services alliances and partnerships. Manage priorities and possible conflicts across all Products and Services.
• Work closely with Marketing Support to identify and prioritize new ideas that balance corporate and/or residential products portfolio and fulfill customer and market needs.
• Develop the business cases for new products and services and enhancement of existing solutions, products & services features, VAS, etc.
• Maintain and continuously update knowledge of latest ICT and Digital technology and marketing advances.
• Monitor market changes including but not limited to competition & regulatory environment.
• Foster synergies among solutions, products & services families and minimize cannibalization & substitution with existing P&S.
• Identifying and opening doors with new customers/channels in Kuwait, and Middle East countries for both public and private sector.
• Understanding carefully the carrier markets’ trends and supporting in opening several channels and partners for the company’s different business lines.
• Persuading management regarding several opportunities to maximize sales and boost margins.
• Establish & enhance methods and procedures within the solutions, products & services management process and set profitability goals for each solutions, products & services product family.
• Work closely with Marketing Support, Customer Support Service, and Sales & Account Management Department to identify and prioritize customer and market needs.
• Coordinate activities and maximize life- cycle value across all solutions, products & services families and manage all aspects of the solutions, products & services portfolio
• Organize positioning of solutions, products & services against each other in terms of application, price, and target market, packaging/ bundling of products across the various product families.
• Liaise with other departments’ managers for day- to-day activities.
• To manage any additional assignment given by the Management.
• To comply with ISO 9001 standards (QMS) guide lines.
