- Coordinates with the Systems Team and Service Desk.

Designs, installs, configures, maintains and troubleshoots the organization's Local and Wide Area Networks;

Manages the security systems related to the company: Firewall & Security Administration.

Manages the telecommunication & infrastructure system

Schedules and coordinates network maintenance; Maintains Inventory of Network and Communications Hardware and Equipments;

Coordinates with equipment vendors for warranty repairs and replacements.

Designs complete networking systems for connecting end user equipment to Local and Wide Area Networks;

Analyzes network performance, monitors and reports component and connectivity problems, performs functional verifications and system audits;

Makes recommendations for network and communications optimization, generates and presents necessary and relevant reports;

Documents network incidents, problems and resolutions for future reference.
