Job Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathering market and customer information;
- Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with sales.
- Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office;
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Gaining a clear understanding of clients requirements;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new products
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- To provide a thorough and informative client consultation, extensive knowledge of companies products
المهام الوظيفية:
- المحافظة على علاقة جيدة مع الزبائن عن طريق المكالمات والاجتماعات والمتابعة.
- لعب دور حلقة الوصل بين الشركة والزبائن الحاليين والمستقبليين.
- التفاوض لابرام الصفقات وتحقيق المبيعات.
- اجراء ابحاث وجمع معلومات عن السوق والمنافسين.
- التفاوض على الاسعار، واوقات التوصيل والمواصفات.
- التنسيق والمتابعة مع المخازن حتى يتم توصيل البضاعة.
- تسجيل معلومات المبيعات والطلبيات وعمل سجل.
- متابعة الاداء والتأكد من تحقيق الاهداف.
