Job Description
- Manage Front desk operation includes, staff scheduling, training, inventory etc.
- Resolve all guest complains to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Disseminate information and assistance to all staff.
- Lead Health club and Spa Employees relating to guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation and SPA profit maximization.
- Conduct staff evaluation.
- Administration duties such as payroll, forecasting, stock taking and orders.
- Maintain effective and efficient relations to all employee and all departments.
- Ensure Guest, team and personal health and safety is maintained at all times, and reporting any concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist with marketing and publicity opportunities
- Ensure all certificates/licenses/equipment are current and maintained.
- Ensures all clients in the Health Club and SPA are able to use equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensures all clients are made aware of the different Health Club facilities offered.
- Assists in maintaining a safe hygienic environment.
- Assists in membership lifestyle appraisals programme development and gym induction.
- Supervises the day to day functioning of all health club employees, facilities, sales and costs.
- Develops departmental budget and goals and ensure costs are strictly controlled.
- Develops and implements departmental marketing and promotional plans.
- Ensures optimum in service, treatments, guest satisfaction, merchandise and marketing.
- Analyses and controls operating costs.
- Assists Personnel in the functions of interviewing, hiring, departmental indication, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Supervises and assists the training coordinator in the training of health club staff.
