Responsibilities:
The Administration Specialist is responsible for the management, administration and delivery of all services in order to ensure that they are accomplished in an effective and efficient manner and within all legislative, policy and procedural guidelines.
Principal accountabilities:
• To assist in planning, directing & coordinating the supportive services and administrative functions of the company.
• Perform general office duties such as office administration & office supplies management.
• To coordinate various staff requirements, administering & executing the staff benefits.
• To file and retrieve official documents, records and reports & to maintain records management systems.
• To take care of staff & company transportation requirements, managing the schedule & other activities.
• Accountable position to manage on your own & liaise with user departments.
• Coordinating staff transportation requirements.
• To assist in Ministry & Government related work.
Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Track market trend and consumer behavior by regular market visit, analyzing Primary and secondary data and sales report.
• Monitor competitors’ Products, initiatives and market.
• Conducting market research, using questionnaires and focus groups discussion, analysis of outcome and report.
• Develop different communication and Promotion materials, managing the production of those, and arranging the effective distribution;
• Organize events activation and evaluation.
• To maintain, build and update databases.
• Contribute in developing Marketing mix and branding strategies.
• Any other activities as per the requirement of office.
