- Assist & provide clerical & administrative support to Government Affairs Liaison Officers in correspondence with Ministry of Social Affairs’ government related correspondence. 
- Maintain records of applications made and licensing fees collected. 
- Update Operational records and licensing information on Admin computer software.
- Prepare legal correspondence with government authorities such as Ministry of Social Affairs.
- Issue salary certificates in arabic for Ministry of social affairs.
- Should have prior experience handling the administrative task in areas of work permit issuance, new residency permits,  renewal of residency, Commercial Visas, ssuing and renewing Civil ID, employee health cards (food industry), Social security for Kuwaitization, driving license, operations license, Vehicle license of the company.
- Knowledge of Kuwait labour laws, legal codes, court procedures, government regulations and Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs’ rules.
- Answer queries raised from employees & deparment heads related to admin task and provide right guidance regarding policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Bilingual (excellent in English & Arabic speaking/typing/Spoken) is mandatory.
-Candidate should be located in Kuwait.
