• Plan, direct,control and manage the logistics department functions in terms of shipment, customs & stocking process as per ordering requests such as shipment arrival, Stockyard preparation & utilizations, customs procedures, PDI preparation, vehicles movement & allocation, traffic procedures, vehicles showroom delivery.
• Develop all procedural cycle to facilitate the workflow, and support to achieve the Auto division objectives.
• Manage & develop all shipment procedures implementation in proper direction, and ensure of timely arrival as per scheduling & ordering demands.
• Ensure of accomplish all customs procedures & documents as per country customs laws & headquarter instructions.
• Make sure of receiving all imported goods (vehicles, Parts, others) in a good conditions & allocating in organized & utilized stockyard areas, tack corrective actions in such cases of delaying or accidents to control any extra expenses.
• Manage the damaged maintenance cost in terms of mechanical maintenance, tires changes, spare parts changes…, and control all related operational as profitability growth contribution.
• Monitor & manage PDI workshop operational workflow, and ensure of implementing related jobs properly & delivering required vehicles on time as request.
• Utilize all logistics department employees effectively to enhance their productively & achieve the work requirements in professional manners.
• Monitor & follow up accomplish all traffic documents for registration on time.
• Monitor employee’s performance, coach & give feedback as needed.
• Make sure of welfare environment of all employees to increase their moral & maintain labor retention.
• Prepare all reports required related to management or business.
