Handling day to day calls at the call center providing quality customer service to HD Subscribers by facilitating order taking, complaints, feedback, renewals etc. for KDD products and services.
Call center operators job is basically to facilitate the customer and manage the work flow between the customer, HD supervisors and the stores.
• II. Basic Duties & Responsibilities
o Customer Service Duties:
Handling day to day telephone calls at the call center.
Briefing the customers regarding the HD services and products.
Order taking (new orders, change, stop, start, renewal request, complaints).
Contact customers for special offers and promotion, service campaign etc.
o Administrative Support Duties:
Reports/ admin paperwork like submitting the IT service Request & Entering Bi monthly vehicles meter reading on Maximo.
Daily home delivery invoice generations, summaries, gate passes, and route invoices
o Customer Satisfaction & Coordination Duties:
Follow up with the customers to understand if their complaints are resolved or take feedback on the Company services.
