1. Develops and maintains customer relationships in the sales, understanding customer needs, and aligning needs with the company’s product and service offerings
2. Maintains detailed knowledge of the Company’s products and services and identifies new business opportunities based on market/ customer needs
3. Reviews proposals before submission to clients for compliance with preset standards and risks
4. Prepares promotional materials
5. Prepares proof of concept presentation
6. Prepares technical and financial proposals
7. Coordinates with sales to insure accurate bidding
8. Assists sales team in the determination of customer needs and performing necessary analysis
9. Responds to all customer requests for information, pricing, or related concerns and forwards requests on product functioning to the sales team
