• Handles the day to day new contacts, follow up and closing deals with clients
• Keeps and maintains clear records (writes briefs, status reports, contact reports etc.) that are necessary for the smooth operation of the account
• Searching for new potential clients and prepares feedback by client visits
• Sends quotations to clients for approval, follows up with clients
• Undertakes market visits and conduct preliminary desk research
• Coordinates and follows up with all the internal departments to make sure everything is flowing smoothly, ensures delivery deadlines are met
• Participates actively in internal and external weekly meetings with team and vendors (IBM & Microsoft)
• Ensures clients requests for amendments are achieved through coordinating with relevant parties
• Builds and maintains strong relations with assigned account
• Qualifies prospects and translates business problems into IT solutions
