- Collection and evaluation of survey data to ensure that VIVA long and short term compensation programs are current and competitive.
- Preparing Salary ranges for any new hire/consultants joining into the company.
- Maintaining Compensation & Benefits personnel records
- Administer VIVA compensation processes including fixed pay, variable pay, short term and long term incentives programs
- Support senior management and HR leaders in the development of studies for implementation of additional benefit plans for employees.
- Preparation of End of Service, discharge and Settlement agreements for termination/Resignation/Mutual agreement cases.
