- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales team
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales target set by management.
- Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Provides timely feedback to management regarding performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Attend training and to develop relevant product knowledge, techniques and skills.
- Weekly meetings for the evaluation of the reports and arising issues related to market growth.
- Gathering information on up-to-date Market competition and trends.
- Keeping a track of competitors (products & services)
