Gastronomica is passionate about great eating and great dining experiences, and so we are looking for passionate line cooks who can carry this philosophy into all aspects of their daily work.
We currently have line cook positions within Slider Station, Open Flame Kitchen and Burger Boutique based in Kuwait.
As a line cook at Gastronomica, you will be responsible for the following:
•Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies and equipment ready for service
•Preparing menu items for service
•Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
•Ensuring food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
•Compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
•Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer
