This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support consumer services, information and referral and the o peration and presentation of a professional brand.
• Doing the following jobs: Sales, promotion & merchandising
• Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts and challenges identified/potential challenges; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.
• Demonistrate and create a positive image on the brand and lead the consumer to use it .
• Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
• To assist with marketing and promotional events to help generate interest
• To actively generate new business from the existing customer base.
• To handle telephone inquiries regarding the facilities and to arrange appointments.
• To up-sell brand suppliments using techniques to help identify needs of the prospects and matching them with benefits of the brand.
• To attempt to close and overcome objections on every tour.
• To help improve data on members e.g. email addresses.
• To handle customer complaints
