Main Purpose of Job:
1. Grow the base of customers in the area of operations in the OOH Channel.
2. Accomplish the CBS target.
3. Customer Relationship Management.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Accomplish Coffee Beverage Solution Net placement target.
2. Organize with CBS Supervisor and CCSDE for the seasonal promotion so that average consumption level should be maintained for the CBS.
3. follow up with accounts and Admin for opening the new account in NBS.
4. Make sure customer should be educated in terms of contractual obligation of the CBS from Nestle.
5. Coordinate with customers and delivery personnel on daily basis to be always aligned with Nestle news and priorities.
6. Continuous review for customers' achievements to ensure a sustainable growth and take necessary action whenever facing shortage in their turnover (Consumer promotion, trade deals, activity).
7. Submit weekly plans and reports on all activities and monthly report on our achievement.
8. Prepare and update a call cycle schedule (to visit every customer once every 2 months).
9. Maintain the CBS Solutions of customers' location in perfect hygienic standards with best end cup quality.
