We are on a hunt for a highly talented Executive Chef with vast experience in international cuisines to spearhead concepts for a fast growing food retailer in international market based in Kuwait. You will be actively involved in institutionalizing gamut of brands, as a Executive chef you are responsible for brand direction, menu engineering, cost management, someone who can create a unique system of cooking packaging and delivering high end food, a passionate leader who can envision the team of Head Chefs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his / her team in order to build people's capability thus catalyzing great organizational culture.
- Implement adequate hygienic procedures and best practices by institutionalizing guidelines for the brand and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the restaurant’s by adhering to the law of the land.
- In Charge of quality control and product consistency by implementing process driven culture in order to serve great end product day in and day out.
- Driving the new brand launches within stipulated time frame considering stakeholders interests in mind.
- Ensure the brands feasibility by continuously building unique menu items and layers, keeping latest global trends as benchmark.
- Responsible to drive Cost of Sales by keeping at par with industry standards.
- Oversee inventory culture, daily wastages, requisitions, deliveries and perform estimation of food consumption with accuracy, supplies order to ensure the best quality is being delivered.
