• To build and maintain standard operating procedures of the operations
• To conduct Training to all current and new employees form management to team members
• Does routine audits and verification to all employees

• Monitor Restaurant Manager’s and team member Performance
• Monitoring stores performance within the patch
• Coordinate with other patches

• Ensure Food Safety in all Restaurants
• Identifying training needs matrix
• Developing training sources (Internal & External)
• Measure the efficiency of training providers
• Establish Individual Development Plans for employees
• Monitor their training program development progress
• Assess their competency level advancement
