1. General administration of electronics workshop
2. Receiving the customers, attending to their problems immediately, day-to-day administration of the workshop, and correspondence with Head Office, with all the brands
3. Ordering spare parts with respective brands
4. Receiving the watches from customers, interacting with showrooms for after sales service
5. Act as front end contact point with the customer
6. Preparation of Job Cards for the items for repair and handover the same to Senior Technical In charge for repair
7. See that the repairs of the items are done as per the commitment.
8. On completion of the repair inform the customer/arrange to send the items to the concerned Showrooms/Boutiques
9. Collect payments, prepare invoices and send Daily Cash Statements to Accounts
10. ) Prepare Goods Received Sheets for the items received
11. Prepare documents for sending watches for repair to factory and co-ordinate with the agencies for shipment
12. Ensure the customer complaints are attended within 24 hours
13. Ensure a profitable Service Revenue growth
14. Ensuring Daily reporting of Service Status to the Management
15. Any other responsibilities given by the Management
16. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
