- Preparation of HVAC LOD 300 & LOD 400 BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Preparation of 4D and 5D details, clash detection, clash analysis using Navisworks
- Create as Built LOD 500 BIM Models.
- Coordinates HVAC Systems with other Disciplines.
- Create Clash Detection using Autodesk Revit & apply proper solution for them.
- Preparing BOQ to be extracted directly from BIM Models.
- Preparing Shop Drawings to include all required Information/Annotation.
- Make Design Review for HVAC systems from technical Point of view.
- Checking/Review the input BIM Models from Consultant/Designer.
- Use the Revit family editor to build BIM content for building components as necessary.
- Assist in constructability review.
- Create content for Ahlia BIM libraries.
- Assists Technical Engineers to create design layout of MEP Systems.
- Checking the health of BIM Models.
- Maintain log of models as per QMS and/or project requirements.
