• Develop and implement sales strategy for the organization products and services.
• Produce an annual marketing plan with quantifiable goals.
• Cold calls to new prospects as a daily component of all sales strategies.
• Create workable and innovative marketing strategies for the client
• Train and supervise client sales force to achieve their sales targets
• Prepare reports, competitive analysis and marketing guidelines for clients.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to provide ongoing customer service and ensure client retention.
• Work closely with colleagues to create and implement sales strategies on behalf of clients
• Communicate all prospect and client activity to the organization top management.
• Communicate product or service issues, as related by prospective and existing clients, to the organization top management.
• Abide by all organizational pricing policies.
• Understand and be able to articulate the organization current and future product and service offerings.
• Submit a monthly sales summary to the organization top management, outlining the previous month’s business accomplishments and comparing them to the annual sales plan, summarizing the current month’s expected accomplishments, and identifying areas needing upper management direction.
• Work closely with the organization program staff to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of marketing efforts and to ensure needed follow-up.
• Establish and maintain a database of marketing contacts
• Provide recommendations to the organization top management for business development.
