Al Ahlia Integrated General Trading & contracting Co.(One of Fouad Al-Ghanim Group) is seeking a HVAC BIM Engineer in Kuwait Office.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of HVAC LOD 300 & LOD 400 BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create as Built LOD 500 BIM Models.
- Coordinates HVAC Systems with other Disciplines.
- Create Clash Detection using Autodesk Revit & apply proper solution for them.
- Preparing BOQ to be extracted directly from BIM Models.
- Prepare Shop Drawings to include all required Information/Annotation.
- Make Design Review for HVAC systems from technical Point of view.
- Checking/Review the input BIM Models from Consultant/Designer.
- Follow up with site team regarding any Coordination issue.
- Assists Technical Engineers to create design layout of MEP Systems.
