• Identifies new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
• Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments,making initial presentation and understanding account requirements.
• Closes sale deals by building relationship with potential account, explaining product and service capabilities,overcoming objections and preparing contracts.
• Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
• Provides professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction.
• Remains in frequent contact with the clients to understand their needs.
• Tracks, maintains and updates customers database in order to assist in sales planning and forecasting.
• Generates daily/weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and annual reports on sales performance, client performance to identify areas of potential sales opportunities.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
