-Develops and recommends recruiting strategies to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
-Develops recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.
-Consults with hiring managers on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, and advising management on hiring and compensation guidelines.
-Attends career fairs, networking events and other functions concerning Organization’s recruitment requirements.
-Pre-screens all applications for all vacancies, helps managers to develop interviews, conducts interviews and performs reference checks when required.
-Establishes salary, prepares all documents required for appointments or transfers.
-Maintain day to day recruitment activities.
-Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
