Objective:
To co-ordinate and process the sales of Consumer Equipment & Home Networking Solutions in relation to Residential Market and to maintain customers profiles and records. Meet the predefined targets for the section to accomplish client’s maximum satisfaction, and to ensure the achievement of the KPI’s as per the business plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate the activities of Residential Complexes for Internet and Related services provision and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and effectively to meet the section’s pre-defined targets.
• Ensure that the division processes are implemented/ maintained in order to meet customer’s demand and to improve the quality of service provided.
• Administer customer and Company records to keep them up to date through the use of various systems.
• To create and maintain Clients for Whole Sale of Consumer equipment in the Market and achieve monthly targets.
• To educate residential sales representatives of any new consumer equipment introduced in residential portfolio.
• To Study Local Market and have up to date information about products and prices.
• To comply with ISO 9001 standards (QMS) guide lines.
• Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities.
• Review and Continuous implementation of efficient systems in liaison with IS.
• To process any additional assignment given by the Management.
Authorities:
• To Negotiate Prices with Clients in whole sale market.
• To Negotiate with Consumer Equipment Vendors for the Prices.
• Escalate any issues that may arise related to customer services to CSC, Supervisor / Manager - Customer Relations.
