Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Key responsibilities and duties, amongst others, includes the following:
Receive and verify invoices
Ensure that all the invoices meet the legal requirements and that all the documentation is enclose to them
Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
Capture information in the Accounting System.
Maintain databases and administration files up to date (including scanning and filing of all the documentation)
Prepare reports for Head Office
Provide general assistance to the Administration Manager on whichever tasks are required
