- Assists in conducting direct mail, telemarketing, system incentive programs and other sales promotions.
- Communicates and negotiates with customers whether through the telephone or those visiting the Showroom to identify their needs.
- Confers with individual / corporate clients, identifies client requirement, and negotiates prices.
- Completes the necessary documentation and delivers the required goods/ services to clients.
- Attain and retain showroom clients by means approved by the showroom manager; e.g. follow up calls, emails, SMS, social Media, surveys, etc. .
- Visits clients’ houses for measurement taking and suggests optimal design and negotiates it with client ensuring quality of design and material.
- Follows up receiving and delivery of items to clients and customer satisfaction.
- Maintains appropriate records for quick access.
- Invoices, follows up for payments collection from individuals and corporate clients.
- Recommends types and number of items displayed to satisfactorily perform job with minimal expenses and top effectives and efficiency.
- Determines the need for the purchase of new items, identifies their type, style, and quantity to meet requirements of clients. Promotes sales services by ways of advertising or any other means that he deems appropriate.
- Maintains records of purchases, sales, and requisitions to ensure document control is applied.
- Performs all other duties that may be assigned to the position.
- Communicates with the Showroom Manager for guidance and to suggest based on the customer demand.
- Communicates frequently with individual and corporate clients.
- Operates within the Company's policies, contractual terms and conditions, and the demanding needs of the market.
