Job Responsibilities
· Design the Risk Management department framework.
· Design effective systems & procedures & reviewing & editing it continuously.
· Develop the Periodic reports.
· Reviewing & auditing the potential deals of the companies with the concern parties & raise the recommendation to the board of directors.
· Identify, develop & control the risk indicators.
· Design plans to reduce & control the main risks.
· Analyzing the data & preparing internal memos for any potential risks.
· Review & monitor the Company insurance policy related to the projects & Assets.
· Review all the agreements /Contracts along with Legal department.
· Provide training & technical support to the management & employees regarding risk management strategies & programs.
