- The Operation Manager is responsible for ensuring that all fleet and service vehicles are inspected /serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and ensure that the vehicles is roadworthy and rentable, and that vehicles for inspection/service are blocked.
- Provide logistical solutions to all project based services such as short term transportation services for events and corporate entities
- To train, motivate and develop the staff to ensure efficient achievement of the departmental objectives and increasing profitability.
