• To plan and oversee the organization and smooth running of STEAM Academy classes and inquiry-based curriculum
• To identify assistant staff training needs and to ensure that assistant staff are ready for each class
• To contribute to the planning, monitoring, evaluation and inventory management of the STEAM Academy.
• To implement a high standard of care of children in the center including positive reinforcement, best practices of child encouragement and management and the safety of students and children
• To teach STEAM Academy classes.
• To understand and implement essential policies and procedures of Little World and to interpret policies and procedures thoughtfully, consistently and tactfully
• To understand front desk and customer service activities and to communicate program details to parents
• To effectively implement the daily operations of STEAM Academy.
• To contribute to the content for all STEAM Academy social media
• To regularly communicate with customers and schools and to gather feedback.
• To report progress to the Executive Director on regular basis
