Ensuring that civil scope of works is in accordance with the approved drawings, method statement, ITP’s and specification & standards.
Supervising project site such as Excavations, Piling, backfilling, concreting, Structural Steel erection, and Architectural activities.
Preparing weekly schedules for all civil contractors to achieved weekly target accomplishment.
Coordinating with inter-discipline interfaces and implementing contractor: Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation.
Coordinating with the client’s representatives to manage their fullfilment with the quality procedure
Preparing Daily Progress Report
Involve with technical team in the assessment and management on construction matters - additional works or changes.
