Seeking an experienced HR Manager.
The ideal candidate would carry out HR activities in order to support the effective provision of high quality HR services across the business and proper implementation of HR initiatives
Responsibilities:
•Demonstrates ability to lead and direct team in discipline specific work and projects, and provides guidance when necessary
•Regularly communicates and coordinates across departments, division, Senior Management, and regional areas regarding HR / Personnel issues; Advises and inputs on others’ work streams.
•Demonstrates ability to input on policies, standards, or procedures in relation to the HR / Personnel department for the development of future QA & IMS documentations.
•Assess the requirements of staff within the HR / Personnel discipline and provides feedback, mentorship for improving the staff performance and development.
•Actively identifies and mitigates risks and raise to the Senior management level.
•Demonstrates awareness of overall strategies for the business.
• Reports to Division Director.
