- Implement the business strategy and related policies for the GSA department, whilst ensuring maximum profitability and productivity.
- Monitor and be aware of all changing market situations, and continuously adapt the business strategy to meet the environmental conditions and challenges of the future. To track competitor activity and recommend changes in processes, systems, strategy for business growth to address these needs.
- To train, motivate and develop the staff to ensure efficient achievement of the departmental objectives and increasing profitability.
- Maintain a constant proactive approach with external relationships.
- Set and maintain product and customer service standards.
- Analyses existing GSA contracts/agreements and seek opportunities for increasing revenue
