The Role:
As Information Security Supervisor in the IT department, you will supervise the team responsible for maintaining internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards, including the delivery of internal and external service level agreements.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Enforcing organisation information security standards, procedures, and guidelines- Managing information security devices or software (which includes; operating, monitoring, implementing upgrades and patches, configuring, and replacements of these devices and software)- Providing technical guidance and training to IT Employees and regular users regarding information security issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
- A Graduate/Post Graduate Qualification in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent Degree in a Business or Computer-related discipline)- 2 years' experience in Information Security/ Testing / Auditing and overall 4 years in Information Technology- A comprehensive understanding of Internet security, application security, and network security- Understanding of IS Audit Practices, ISO Standards- CISA / CISSP certification.
