E-commerce experience is a must.
Drive growth through enhancing/optimizing current e-commerce business and identifying/closing new business and market opportunities to include short and long range growth and profitability objectives.
Define and coordinate online promotions with the Product Development, Sales and Channel marketing teams, to drive sales of products online, including overstock and new releases.
Define, track, and report on key business metrics & customer behavior, including promotion penetration, user behavior patterns, search engine optimization, site flow and traffic patterns to drive sales.
Ensure that consumer experience is superior (easy to navigate site, compelling images and videos, customer and technical support, accurate orders, and follow up). Measure and track consumer reviews.
Create, run, and manage consumer loyalty programs
Partner with the E-Commerce Marketing team to develop and execute brand appropriate promotional campaigns.
