Currently looking for a young and talented Social Media Executive who will support our Agency Tours and Web Sales Teams in monitoring and managing social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and You tube.
He/She will be responsible for the following:
• Work with colleagues to help implement online campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and bookings across social media, search engine optimization and PR.
• Work with colleagues to measure campaign success such as engagement and no. of followers.
• Proof read content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles and press releases.
• Help team in maintaining data base of social media customers for regular postings and campaigns.
• Increase number of followers.
• Follow up on customer comments and feedback for moving forward marketing purposes.
• Address customer complaints for resolution.
