Accountable for:
- Implement and manage Network solutions / projects across the company locally & provides assistance where needed at a global level
- Ensure proper operations and implementation of network solutions and services
- Developing operating and network configuration manuals for all systems
- Ensuring Capacity planning, scalability, and availability of all infrastructure systems
- Ensure strict adherence to & prompt closure to all Network & Security Devices Audit findings
- Ensuring IT services continuity and efficient service support locally.
- Ensuring proper operations and implementation of network solutions and services in the company.
- Ensuring proper Network Change control process are followed
Key Roles:
- Select, implement and manage Network solutions / project s across the Group - locally & regionally
- Ensure proper operations and implementation of network solutions and services
- Manage and Administers the local and regional Networks and subnets
- Ensure that infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning functions are performed systematically and periodically in all regions
- Evaluate and study any new enhancement to the working environment by upgrading or implementing a new network solution and services
- Participate in the selection of IT solutions / services to cover the Network aspects of the solutions
- Participate as necessary in the vendor evaluation process
- Works towards planning of Disaster Recovery design and testing arrangements
- Adhere and comply and work actively to close all related audit findings
- Select, implement and manage Network solutions / projects across the head office and remotely manages regional offices
- Ensure that infrastructure monitoring and capacity planning functions are performed systematically and periodically in all regions
