• Manages the sales cycle from the contacts stage to the post-closing stage in the sectors allocated.
• Manages and coaches the sales team members dedicated to the particular sectors with the purpose of meeting sales targets and building strong brand equity and relationships with key accounts.
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets assigned for the sector in warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding businesses.
• Accountable for all customer proposals, quotations, and important / official communication.
• Prepares sales plans and works closely with Operations Departments and team members to achieve them.
• Applies sound communication and organizational techniques in working with other internal departments and stakeholders to achieve positive results.
• Ensures proper on-boarding for new strategic customers.
• Manages and develops top key accounts.
• Identifies potential competitors and has very good knowledge of the market.
• Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies
