Description
- Establish IT master plan and strategy for the organization- Establish and guide Task Force to manage the development and implementation of new IT projects.- Reports to Group CFO on weekly basis the status of IT projects within the organization, and on monthly basis the status against objectives- Propose and Provide new IT solutions to enhance overall productivity of the company.- Establishes IT budgets for the Group in accordance within company requirements.- Reviews and approves IT policies and procedures that are proposed by Head of IT or Manager IT in UK.- Plan and manage the implementation of security and disaster recovery plans for IT activities- Plan and oversee integrated IT solutions, platforms and network infrastructures for all business units across the organization- Ensure that ERP systems in the organization provide required management reports and support decision-making process- Ensure that business continuity procedures are in place and provide un-interrupted IT services to Contact Centre & POS devices in outlets on 24*7 basis- Ensure that all business units and new outlets have appropriate IT support as per the business plan. - Manage Outsourcing process for SAP application software maintenance support and Contact Centre services.
Profile
- 15 years IT experience with service industry background is preferred with minimum 5-7 years in similar role- Minimum 5 years' experience in RETAIL / Hospitality environment- Experience in the selection and implementation of Management Information Systems in a LAN environment. SCO Unix, l, Windows, WAN, communication integrated accounting systems, office automation, (Email, Internet, document imaging)- SAP or Oracle experience- MCA or Master's Degree with specialization in systems
